The material is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and
hexafluoropropylene, with flame retardancy, volume resistance>1018Qm,
surface resistance>2X1013Q, temperature resistance -80~200 (℃
withstand voltage 5KV (KV)), F46 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene
and hexafluoropropylene, and is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
modified material with a hexafluoropropylene content of about 15%.
FEP
is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, with a
melting point of 580F and a density of 2.15g/CC (grams per cubic
centimeter)
F46 resin has similar characteristics to
polytetrafluoroethylene and propylene, as well as good processing
properties of thermoplastic. Therefore, it compensates for the
difficulty in processing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and makes it a
substitute material for PTFE.
